Shipping

Once order is placed, you will receive an email order confirmation. All orders are shipped out of Los Angeles, California, Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm. Please allow 2-3 business days to pack and process your order before it ships. We do not ship orders on National Holidays. If order is placed on these days, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

As a small business, we are unable to cancel an order once placed. Please double check your order before placing.

We are not reponsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Due to COVID-19, carriers are still experiencing delays. Shipping times may take longer than listed. This is out of our control.

Return Policy

Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. Any items with odor, deodorant marks, make up stains, perfume, etc., will be rejected. Shop Saint A. tags must be attached, and packing slip (invoice) must be included. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

We have the right to refuse an exchange for store credit if your return does not meet the above requirements.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at shopsainta@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
